Which is considered as forrunner of Violin A devotee of Lord SHIVA despite that he tried to lift Kailas for the love of his mother A great king whose people has never heard about poverty He asked for the hands of a princess.. whose father Janaka denied it because he was a demon king Later she became his downfall A Great warrior...wounded only by Airavath He defeated Gods Indra lost in front of him Blessed with a son who was also as powerful as as himself Indrajith And before the last battle he knew he was going to die and defeated He thought if Ram and Lakshman was just humans he could defeat them easily If they are incarnations of God Vishnu ..he knew he would get MOKSHA Before his death Lord Ram honored him...and begged in front of him to share his knowledge to the world And he blessed Rama with his knowledge his name is RAAVAN..The great demon king who challenged Gods and defeated them He was a fallen hero..who could not control his senses Based on my readings on Raavana...one of my favorite characters in hindu mythology Iris Valsan Iris Valsan
